Program Supervisor - Everett Children's Intensive Services

Compass Health is currently looking for a Program Supervisor to join our Children's Intensive Services team in Everett!

Children's Intensive Services supports children and their families in a least restrictive environment using the Wraparound process. Wraparound with Intensive Services, or WISe, works with youth to honor the family voice and choice, identify strengths, build natural supports, and foster self sufficiency. We are looking for a Program Supervisor to join our diverse, compassionate, dedicated, and passion-driven team.

What you will be performing

The Program Supervisor implements program services and directs the supervision and provision of service to clients. The Supervisor is responsible for collaborating and coordinating with community agencies and organizations to ensure positive working relationships for the benefit of clients served, as well as providing crisis support and intervention services to clients who are served within the program. The Program Supervisor serves as back-up to the Program Manager in day-to-day operations.

  • Provides clinical and administrative supervision to applicable staff members, including hiring, training, and evaluating.
  • Participates in a rotation to provide after-hours clinical and crisis support/consultation to staff including weekends and holidays.
  • Ensures provision of services is in accordance with requirements of organization, and all regulatory bodies and payers.
  • Ensures that program services are accessible in a non-discriminatory manner and at times and locations which facilitate utilization of services.
  • Develops an individual staff training plan for new hires and conducts an individual staff evaluation at least annually.
  • May carry a clinical caseload.
  • In collaboration with the Program Manager, maintains all applicable building, health, fire, and safety standards.
  • Ensures compliance with all agency policies and procedures.
  • Ensures performance and clinical standards are met by clinical staff.
  • Oversees business management functions of the program, including billing and data management within time, quality, and compliance mandates.

This position requires in-person services, M-F, with limited remote options available after 90 days.

What you will be carrying along

  • MA/MS/MSW Degree in a Behavioral Science related field.
  • Current Washington State Licensure or equivalent in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
  • Qualifies as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) as defined by WAC.
  • 2 years of direct clinical service experience in mental health setting with children/adolescents/families.
  • Clinical experience with children/adolescents/families.
  • Experience in providing treatment planning, individual and/or group therapy, case management, and crisis planning and stabilization.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Evidence-Based Practices, or interest and ability to learn.
  • Washington State Approved Supervisor Training must be completed prior to providing clinical supervision.
  • Valid Washington State Driver’s License including vehicle and appropriate insurance, if applicable.

  • Extensive knowledge of clinical issues pertaining to children/adolescents/families.
  • populations, along with extensive understanding of the clinical process and intervention strategies used to address these issues.
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals with complex needs and multi-system involvement.
  • Ability to maintain a positive, solution-focused demeanor when responding to conflicts or problems.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to multitask within a fast-paced environment.

Wage: $73,746.87 - $107,400.49/year DOE
